We use Nobel speedy dental implants specially designed for the all on 4 method of the Nobel biocare company. These implants are considered the highest quality implants in the world.
CONSULTATION, 3D IMAGING AND TREATMENT PLAN
We approach each patient in detail. This means that at the first examination, the maxillofacial and oral surgeon will examine the 3D image of the jaws in detail, in order to determine the density and thickness of the bone, your general condition and the exact positions where we will install the dental implants.
INSTALLATION OF DENTAL IMPLANTS
Naredni korak je ugradnja zubnih implanata. Najčešće, to su standardni all on 4 zubni implanti. U Markov Dental Clinic koristimo zubne implate koji su dizajnirani baš za all on 4 – Nobel speedy zubne implante. Pri težim slučajevima, ugrađujemo i zigomatične zubne implante.
U samo jednom danu ćemo Vam ugraditi 4 zubna implanta u vilicu. Prva poseta, odnosno ugradnja zubnih implanata i traje oko 2h. Ova tehnika često omogućava i pacijentima koji nemaju dovoljno kosti da im klasično ugradimo zubne implante.
TEMPORARY FIXED TEETH
Most often, on the same day, or the next day, temporary fixed teeth are prepared and fixed to the already installed dental implants. Temporary teeth are temporary dentures that are worn until the dental implant is adjusted and healed in the jaw. Most often, patients do not even see the difference between a temporary prosthesis and the final work. A temporary prosthesis enables completely normal functioning and chewing.
CREATION AND POSTING OF THE FINAL WORK
All on 4 zubni implanti su u potpunosti gotovi nakon tri do četiri meseca, kada prođe proces osteointegracije (period srastanja zubnog implanta s kosti). Doktor će proveriti stanje, stabilnost zubnih implanata i zatim uzeti otiske prema kojima se izrađuje finalni protetski rad. Kada je trajni rad gotov, učvršćujemo protezu na postavljene zubne implante.
