Extreme bone deficiency and zygomatic implants
Milanka called from Australia. She tried to find a solution for her smile in Australia, Germany and Serbia, and in the end she decided to put her trust in our team at the Markov Dental Clinic office.
The patient came with an old bridge present. The bridge wobbled and there were purulent processes. In addition, pronounced periodontal disease was present. What was the biggest challenge for the patient was the extreme lack of bone in the upper jaw. Precisely because of this, the clinics she visited before failed to offer her an adequate solution.
To help patients with "intractable" cases, Dr Borislav Markov uses an innovative installation method zygomatic implants in places of extreme lack of bone.

We placed two zygomatic implants and 4 Nobel biocare implants in Milanka's upper jaw, thus using the all on 6 method. We placed 4 Nobel biocare implants in the lower jaw using the all on 4 method. We made a hybrid acrylic bridge in both jaws.
