Srdjan decided to come live for the examination, and based on the 3D image, we determined the therapy plan. The patient wanted fixed teeth (not removable) in the upper and lower jaw. Based on the objective possibilities of his general health condition and the local condition of the jawbones, including Srđan's wishes, we agreed on a therapy plan.
Due to his fear of the dentist, Srđan had severe inflammation of the gums, swelling of the teeth, cysts and loose teeth for years.

In the first visit, we extracted all the teeth in the upper and lower jaw, removed the existing cysts, placed 4 Nobel speedy implant in the upper jaw. 5 is placed in the lower jaw Nobel Parallel implants. The entire intervention lasted 3 hours.
After that, we took impressions of the lower and upper jaw, and in the evening we did the first rehearsal. The next morning, Srđan had the opportunity to see how the teeth would look, while in the evening he received screwed-fixed temporary teeth.
These temporary teeth to a significant extent rehabilitate the patient's condition in an aesthetic and functional sense, so that the patient gets a smile in just 1 day, while the implant growth process continues, which we are waiting for in order to place the definitive prosthetic work.
After 4 months, Srdjan's condition was satisfactory and Dr Borislav Markov based on the impressions taken, he was able to create a definitive work for him, which in this case, in agreement with the patient, was a fixed hybrid bridge made of metal-reinforced acrylate.
