Dr. Borislav Markov is a maxillofacial and oral surgeon and implantologist with decades of experience working with the most difficult cases. He is the founder of Markov Dental Clinic practice.

Borislav Markov was born on January 18, 1974 in Zemun. He finished elementary school and high school "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" in Novi Sad with excellent results. In 1992, he entered the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad, Department of Dentistry, graduating in 1998 as the best in his generation with an average grade of 9.34. He got a job in December 1999 at the Clinic for Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinical Center of Vojvodina. In March 2001, he was elected assistant trainee at the Department of Dentistry with Maxillofacial Surgery. He passed the specialist exam in maxillofacial surgery in May 2005 with an excellent grade. Master's degree
he defended his thesis entitled "Electromyographic finding of masticatory musculature in patients with mandibular fracture" in June 2005. He was elected as an assistant with a master's degree in March 2006 and re-elected in March 2009. During that time, he was engaged in conducting practical classes for medical students in the course of Dentistry with Maxillofacial Surgery and dentistry students in the course of Maxillofacial Surgery.

Commitment, responsibility and honesty
He defended his doctoral dissertation entitled "Function of the craniomandibular system after surgical treatment of the condylar process of the lower jaw" in March 2014. He was appointed Head of the Department of Traumatology at the Clinic for Maxillofacial Surgery in 2010. He was elected to the teaching position of assistant professor at the Department of Dentistry with Maxillofacial Surgery in October 2014. Since 2018, he has been fully devoted to private practice as the founder of the specialist office for maxillofacial surgery "MARKOV DENTAL CLINIC" in Novi Sad. He trained in Germany, Turkey, Spain and Austria. He is the author of several professional and scientific papers and a participant in numerous professional meetings. He is a member of the European Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons of Serbia and the Association of Doctors of Vojvodina, the Serbian Medical Association.
